Toad: Wwwell. How can I help? *As the discussion continues, the world grows darker...* OOC: Yes, I'm bringing in a villain. I won't say who yet, but I will say he's possibly the villain who came closest to defeating Kirby in the series. (Hint, hint.) Also, I plan on using him as a main villain, so while this villain and his army can be KOed/Defeated, I would like to request no permanent smashings on them, so I can continue to use them. (I won't smash anybody's mains, as well.) *1999 is completely unimpressed by the theatrics.* "I'm sure you can help Toad. I'm not sure how yet, but in all such adventures, there comes occasions that seem almost engineered to force a seemingly-overpowered character low in such a way that a seemingly-weaker character is able to save the day. For example, that one time Sun Wukong couldn't fight the monster of the week because said monster lived underwater and Wukong is made of stone. Regardless, I'd be foolish not to enjoy your company Toad. Happen to have any clues on the whereabouts of the shards? Command was a little short on details, as always."

Skullies begin to converge around them, with Necrodeus unveiling himself.* :-P

Also, as I implied, it's only the thirteen (lucky for some) shards from Neo Star that wound up in the wrong universe for some reason. My job is to try and find them before Kirby reaches Neo Star, which means that there's limited time. How much time? It's too early to estimate yet. Although have 5/13 is a lot worse for me than 5/100 :-P )

Necrodues lands a direct hit on 1999, splitting him into 10 little 1999s, each with only a tenth of the original's power. Necrodeus easily destroys 9 of these, and departs. Skullies set out to continue their work, with their hatred of light causing them to detect and grab another Shard.* :-P OOC: This should make your quest more interesting. :-P You are unable to return to full power until you claim Necrodeus' staff, which might take awhile. Of course, it's not all bad, now that I have 6 shards. You beat Necrodeus, you get 6 shards. (Possibly more, depending on how long you take.) However, like with Kirby in Mass Attack, you are stripped of all special abilities, and only have limited physical strength. You can regain 1999s by eating lots of food. More 1999s, more power, though magic won't come back until you are 1 1999 again, and having 10 small 1999s swing a sword together might be clumsy, but not impossible. Hope this info helps. :-P

(OoC: Interesting indeed, since I have different attribute to Kirby for one. So this might not go quite the way you expect. :-P For one thing, Kirby is... not smart, hence why his mini-Kirby's make Pikmin look like Steven Hawking. :-P ) *My various pieces of equipment, including my limiter armlet, drop to the ground having not shrunk/split, with the exception of my suit for decencies sake. My mini-me has a very high-pitched voice due to his small size :-P * "Well, this is a right pickle. NECRODEUS! I shall defeat you, and regain my power!" *I succeed in picking up one of my Bubbling Dusk with surprising ease considering it's now larger than I am. I leap into the air, swing it at Necrodeus... and go flying off to the side, having not considered the momentum of swinging a sword larger than me :-P * "I SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS THrrooooooooooooooooooough...* (OoC: I'll leave you to figure out why my mini-me's strength isn't decreased by as much as you might think. There's hints in this post and my profile. :-P )
