Well, Nintendo is adding 4 new games to SNES Online, and 2 games to NES Online. This expansion will include Star Fox 2, Super Punch Out, and my personal favorite, Kirby Super Star.
It's going to be great being able to play Kirby Super Star on Switch. :-P

Anyone see the SMM2 Update Trailer? It looks awesome. The ability to be Link looks great, and it comes out tomorrow! 
A/B: Jump
Y/X: Sword Attack
Hold Y/X: Run
Down: Raise Shield
Down + Hold Y/X: Pegasus Boots
Up + Y/X: Throw Bomb (Hold Y/X to hold the bomb, but note that the fuse is lit and will explode soon)
Down + Midair: Downward Thrust
L/R/ZL/ZR: Use Bow (You can hold the button to aim, and use Up and Down to aim diagonally in said direction)
Am I the only one who knows about the Pegasus Boots? =P |

Quick fun question for everybody, because why not?
What's your favorite core Super Mario game? I'd like to know for both 2D and 3D games. I'll give my answers first, obviously.
2D:
It might be an odd choice, but my favorite 2D Mario game is actually New Super Mario Bros. on the DS. I liked all the abilities the game offered (Wall jump forever.) and the levels felt more compact and clean cut than later New Super Mario Bros. games. Nothing against later New series games, I just felt that the original had the best levels, and the best Castle theme. Plus, those minigames were great fun. My runner up would be the original Super Mario Bros.
3D:
I doubt this is as strange a choice, my favorite 3D Mario is Super Mario Galaxy 2. The game had a serious amount of content, 242 stars! The music was wonderful in pretty much every stage, and the gameplay was solid, assuming you don't suffer the evils of Nunchuk Drift. You also got to play as Luigi whenever you want after beating Bowser. *Glares at Odyssey.* The power-ups were pretty good, and I think the use of Yoshi was at its best in this game. My runner up would be Super Mario 64, which has a level in Galaxy 2, so there's also that.
Those are just my picks, what are your choices?
