Spirit Analysis: (NO, not World of Light. I mean all the little guys who are getting their time at last.)
1. The danger of 4 stars:
Believe it or not, 4 stars will be made up of only the most dangerous characters in Nintendo Canon EVER. Seriously, not even the 3 Legend Birds are 4 stars. Sigma's 3 stars. Shadow Queen from PM:TTYD is 3 stars. Currently, Dry Bowser is the only seen spirit with a full force of 4 stars. Note that Dry Bowser is the series superboss of Mario, so this shows just how mighty 4 stars will be.
2. Spirit Leaders: (Or Masters, take your pick.)
It appears that some spirits will be special, in that they run the areas and are the masters. Here's who I spotted:
Doc Louis: Head of the gym.
Kat and Ana: Also heads of the gym.
Copper and Booker: Also heads of the gym.
Slowpoke: Removes good for nothing moves.
Toadette: Head of treasure hunts.
Captain Cuttlefish: Head in the gym.
Gravity Man: Also in the gym.
I find these to all be very fitting selections for various categories. It's also cool to note that each of these had unique dialogue, with Gravity Man being scientific about gravity, Kat and Ana referring to themselves in plural and inviting spirits to join them, and Copper and Booker speaking quite professionally. Talk about detailed. :-D
That's it for now. I just thought that those were cool little points.

I was actually shouting when he was revealed. He is definitely going to be one of my mains!  But the worst part is, Skull kid was confirmed as an assist trophy on the website! I was yelling myself. Talk about a surprise. We didn't get Shadow, either. Maybe next time. It seems loads of people actually love the idea of him. But their is still quite a lot of people who are thinking “How did this thing get in over my most wanted character?” Still it’s really disappointing! |

I'm really likin' this Spirit stuff.
And I'm not surprised that Incinaroar got in.
But how did THAT get in? :-P I'll still get it and use it but... What about Bandanna Waddle Dee?
The only reason Kirby was the only survivor is because he's Sakurai's favorite. :-P But it was hilarious when the Inklings went to hide in their Ink. :-P

*That moment when you realize The Imprisoned and Infinite are 2 star Spirits, and Whispy Woods is a 3 star, meaning Whispy is stronger than Infinite and Demise and even with Sigma and the Shadow Queen.*

Can we add the elevator to the LANFC canon? :-P I also need a new laptop. Same here, people seem to be upset the trophies aren’t in, though I still think that Spirits will still provide the same joy of seeing that character you like. Something that has a function is always better than something that is just nice to look at. (Also, remember the amount of duplicates you could get?) I was actually surprised! A good fraction of the smash community was convinced that he wouldn’t be in! (Because he wasn’t in the “Grinch leak”) You better not be calling our graceful saviour, Piranha plant “That”.  Kirby is also a very popular character and one that seems to be easy for a newcomer to use. About the inklings, I’m actually wondering if they survived or not. Because we don’t know whether the light beams could have stole thier spirits through thier ink. Another thing to note is that the one “False Inkling” we see could actually cloned from another Inkling!  (Also, snake’s box though. :-P) |

You’re starting to disappoint me, “Shadow Queen”! But in all seriousness, Sprits are basically a better version of stickers, with a fun new mode you must play to unlock them. I hope you can get Spirits back after you send them away, or else I'll be hoarding all my favorites and never getting new ones. Besides, if you couldn't, what happens when you restore ALL of them? I know Sakurai wouldn't lock us out of a mode. |

At least one new Pokemon has been added in every SSB and of the three Alola starters Incinaroar was the best fit for SSB, so when he was announced I wasn't surprised.
I couldn't remember how to spell it! :-P
I think they got captured too. :-P |
