A new official Tier List for Sm4sh has been released. Here it is, with my thoughts on each character's placement.
1. Bayonetta. (BOTHER! I don't want her up there.) I don't use
2. Cloud. (I guess I can live with that.) I use rarely
3. Diddy Kong. (Alright, he's tough, and I don't dislike him, unlike the situation with Bayonetta.) I use rarely
4. Sheik. (She should be higher.) I use very rarely
5. Rosalina. (That looks about right.) I use very rarely
6. Zero Suit Samus. (That's fine.) I use very rarely
7. Fox/Sonic. (Why is Fox ALWAYS high tier!?) I use very rarely on Fox, semi-frequent for Sonic.
9. Mario. (WHAT!? He should be higher!) I main.
10. Mewtwo. (That's a good spot.) I use rarely.
11. Marth/Ryu. (Ryu's range is terrible, and I've destroyed too many online Ryus to believe this.) I use Marth sometimes, Ryu very rarely.
13. Corrin. (He's easy to read.) I use rarely.
14. Lucina. (You must be joking.) I don't use
15. Pikachu. (I'll go with that.) I use rarely.
16. Meta Knight. (He should be way higher. Didn't they see that a MK player just won a professional tournament, and how many battles I've won with this character?) I main.
17. Lucario. (Despite his poor range, I'll go with it.) I use rarely.
18. Luigi. (Good. They finally upped him.) I use sometimes.
19. Captain Falcon. (Situational.) I use sometimes.
20. Peach. (She should be about 5 spaces higher.) I use very rarely.
21. Olimar. (I hardly ever see Olimar action. All I know is that the Pikmin are cute. ) I use rarely.
22. Donkey Kong. (I don't know...) I use rarely.
23. Toon Link. (WHAT!? They DROPPED him!? *Thinks about the battles I've won with little effort.* No. He needs to go higher.) I main.
24. Bowser. (They dropped him again. Why?) I use sometimes.
25. Villager. (Boy, they dropped him down far.) I use sometimes.
26. Greninja. (They need to drop him further.) I use rarely.
27. Mega Man. (Must have been running into Fox players in the professional scene.) I use rarely.
28. Ness/Lucas. (Unless it's against Rosalina, or a player who's good at reads, I disagree.) I use rarely for both.
30. Duck Hunt. (As creepy as I find his laugh, I do think he should be higher.) I use very rarely.
31. Link. (An 8 place jump. Good. Keep moving him up.) I use frequently.
32. Pit/Pitoo (I think DP should split and go higher.) I use both sometimes.
34. Yoshi. (Debatable.) I use rarely. 
35. Shulk. (I'm going to say it for 1999, he should be higher. At least it's a raise.) I use sometimes.
36. R.O.B. (It greatly depends on the player.) I use rarely.
37. Robin/Samus. (Wow. Samus went up.) I use both very rarely.
39. Mr. Game and Watch. (I think he should be higher.) I use sometimes.
40. Ike. (He IS rather slow...) I use rarely.
41. Wario. (WAAAA!? Higher.) I use very rarely.
42. Roy. (Drop him about 10 more spaces...) I use very rarely.
43. Charizard. (Is anybody able to explain how he got up here?) I use rarely.
44. Little Mac. (With HIS recovery!? He should be in the bottom 5!) I don't use.
45. Palutena. (She's slow. Drop her more.) I don't use.
46. Pac-Man. (No. I've lost to too many to agree.) I use sometimes.
47. Falco. (No. Put him higher. Not much, but a few spaces.) I use very rarely. 
48. Bowser Jr. (As much as I don't want to say it, I have to agree...) I use sometimes.
49. Dr. Mario. (NO!!!!! NOT HIM! I've pulled off a number of upsets with him though! WAAAAH!!!) I use him frequently.
50. Kirby. (*Sniff* Why does he always have to be a low tier fighter? Why? He should be higher! Way higher!) I main.
51. Wii Fit Trainer. (Finally. Keep her there.) I use very rarely.
52. King Dedede. (That's IT. Dedede can be very annoying to go against. I've pulled off several big wins with him. And they place him here. Bother.) I use very frequently.
53. Ganondorf/Zelda. (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! They got that wrong for Ganon. Higher up, smashers. As for Zelda, they're being too nice. DROP HER TO THE BOTTOM.) I use very rarely.
55. Jigglypuff. (No, she's not the worst. Zelda is.) I use very rarely. 
 
I know, my opinions may be biased. :-P I do think it's annoying that the normal player Smash scene is never considered, however. I may create a Tier List from Glubby's point of view, and compare. :-P

He's mid-tier. I remember that meme. I thought they should nerf some others more, but, oh well. What do you think of Shulk's placement? :-P

I kind of understand it - I've played him a bit, and DANG he can hit hard. If you hit. Speed is important at high level, if memory serves, and Shulk doesn't seem to have that. Which is a bit of a pity, I'd like to see him higher.

Then again, he IS wearing base armour and stll at 'pretty weak' in the story judging from his appearance, so maybe this was intentional  :-P

I can understand also, but I do think he should be a bit higher. :-P His range is really good. :-P
