I'm pretty sure nintendo only shuts down fan games because people would rather play the fan games than pay large amounts of cash for a ligit game. Yeah! We give credit to Nintendo. I don't thing giving credit really changes anything about fan games, but it works fine for information/conversation websites. |

Yeah, I'd rather not get hit by copyright infringement too, Ciblast. We can't get sued. ProBoards made the theme so they'd get sued! Proboards didn't make the design. A user did. Proboards only approved it to be shared on their plugin library. |
